Hi All,

Maika here reporting from somewhere unknown to me between Nashville and Colombia, SC. There have been question marks splattered across the last few days as far as our whereabouts, howabouts, whatabouts, whyabouts, etc. Thought I’d do you the favor of filling you in.

I am currently on my own trekking through a few days as the only voice for TFT on the road. Lady Destiny through us a fork in the road in Chicago, the place we’ll always remember as a curse for our van. Our A/C fan belt completely disbanded, a crack in the engine seal was discovered, and our oil pan was imperatively damaged among other things. That lead us to one solution: me traveling on in solo-fashion to cover Tennessee for There For Tomorrow. As the other boys stay back until tomorrow morning, I’ve been able to take stage the past 2 nights acoustically. Every troubled occasion can also be classified as a special one. That’s how these acoustic shows are turning out. I’ve got one more to handle tomorrow night in Colombia, SC at the New Brooklyn Tavern before re-convening with the rest of my camp in Jax. Please don’t deter yourself from still showing face tomorrow! If you have any sort of attachment to our songs, I guarantee I will try my best to cater to that with the song selections. You and I can thank Every Avenue and The Secret Handshake for my ability to still be transported around the SouthEast.

We’re thrilled to see Florida dressed in its summer clothes. First date in the home state resides on Monday!
